Our Founder

Christina Foxwell founded this practice in 2012 after a significant discovery during her corporate career. She had been in human resources, consulting, training, and executive leadership and she discovered that most organizations were missing an opportunity to engage and equip people. Opportunities that would have significant impact on return and business performance.

To make a difference in my world, the change has to start in me. I can then be a better person, parent, partner and leader.

Our Canadian Story

Our Managing Director of Ignite Purpose Canada is Chrissy Cordingley who is currently located in the heart and center of Canada, the City of Winnipeg. She is a firm believer that leaders must focus on their own growth before they can truly influence others effectively.

Christina, our founder, was impressed by Chrissy’s genuine and compassionate approach to people and challenges and invited her to be a part of the Ignite Purpose family. Chrissy is most known for leading by example through sharing her most vulnerable experiences with honest, engaging, and amusing storytelling. 

Why Canada?

Canadians report higher levels of daily stress, worry, sadness and anger than the global average according to Gallup in 2022.
